Our Leadership
Our team is led by Leslie Cachia, the Director of The Letac Group, who brings over 40 years of experience in the building and construction industry. Leslie is a registered Building Practitioner in both Architectural Drafting and Domestic and Commercial Construction and is a proud member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA). His deep industry knowledge and commitment to quality are the cornerstones of our success.
Our Team
At Letac Group, we believe that a strong team is the backbone of any successful project. Our office is home to a group of experienced professionals with over 50 years of combined expertise. Among them is our Senior Draftsman, Raj, who has extensive experience in the architectural industry and enriches our office with his multicultural perspective. Raj has played a key role in assisting clients from diverse international backgrounds, ensuring their unique needs are met with precision.
Our office administration is managed by Karen, who has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry. Her expertise in client assistance and finance adds tremendous value to our team and ensures our clients receive the best possible support throughout their projects.
Our office also includes a dedicated drawing team of five draftspeople, ranging from seasoned designers to cadet draftspersons. This dynamic team is supported by our skilled sales staff and accounting professionals, all working together to ensure every project is executed to the highest standards.
Our Work
The Letac Group has a diverse portfolio that includes multi-unit developments, multi-level apartment buildings, community centers, medical facilities, and numerous small to large-scale extensions. From simple garages and carports to verandas and complex residential projects, our team approaches each design as if it were a place we would live in ourselves.
